Sofia shared a devastating photo of her holding Jake on her Instagram Sunday. She captioned it “Bubba” and added a broken heart emoji.
Under a video of her giving him a massage, Sofia revealed Jake passed away on January 6.
“Jake became our angel today,” she wrote. “No words can describe how much he meant to me. I will forever miss him.”

Jake had a massive impact on both Sofia and her brother Miles, the latter of whom discussed how their pet saved his life as a teenager and was his “first true friend.”
Two days before Jake’s death, Sofia didn’t appear to be in the best of spirits while out with her boyfriend Scott Disick at a Las Vegas eatery.
