The Colombian actress celebrated the special day with her fiancé Joe Manganiello and family, and her son seemed to have gotten her the perfect gift!

Manolo got her a huge wine glass that was bedazzled with the phrase, “Birthday Girl.”

Sofia showed off her shapely figure in a bright yellow dress for the big day, but soon, that came off as she favored something a bit more comical.

She showed off this hilarious gift, which was a shirt featuring Joe as a centaur! Sofia gladly rocked the new present, and adorned it with a sash that read “Birthday Princess.”

Later, Sofia blew out the candles on her stunning birthday cake, and shared the photo along with the caption, saying, "Thank u all for all those amazing bday messages!! Luv uuuu goodnight."

Looks like she had a great evening with her family! Meanwhile, fans are definitely anticipating Sofia and Joe's wedding date, with is expected to be in the fall.

Sofia revealed that she is planning on making it a destination wedding. She told Entertainment Tonight, “I want all the people from Columbia and South America and Europe to be able to make it to the wedding and Los Angeles is very far away from everything.”
