Southern Charm star Kathryn Dennis is using the sexual assault allegations against her baby daddy Thomas Ravenel as part of her move to get primary custody of their two children. Read on for all the details.

Court documents obtained by The Blast showed that Kathryn has responded to Thomas' attempt to keep their joint custody arrangement in place. They share two children with one another: 4-year-old daughter Kensie and Saint, nearly 3-years-old.

She brought up numerous sexual assault allegations that have come out since a court appointed doctor submitted his report back in 2017, which said both Kathryn and Thomas were fit parents and recommended co-parenting.

Kathryn pointed out allegations that Thomas sexually assaulted a woman by the name of Debbie Perkins and that he allegedly paid $200,000 to keep quiet about the ordeal.

She also mentioned how Thomas was accused of sexual assault by another woman, their former nanny Dawn Ledwell. He was arrested back in September and charged with assault and battery in the second degree over it.

The mother-of-two also scoffed at the idea that she is seeking primary custody of their children just for it to be a plotline on Southern Charm. He brought this up in a counterclaim against her in early November.
