Kathryn Dennis has been unlucky in love on Southern Charm, but that could change! From custody battles with her ex Thomas Ravenel to a friends-with-benefits relationship with castmate Shep Rose, the mom of two can’t seem to find a steady man. But Kathryn may soon have her pick of men — according to the Southern girl, she might be the next Bachelorette!
Kathryn tweeted, “Media…I just want to make it super clear I am single and taking apps.” A fan replied, “Would you ever consider being the @BacheloretteABC that would be amazing!!”
Kathryn tweeted back, “Actually I’m kind of in talks about it,” adding an emoji with a hand covering its mouth. When another fan repeated the idea, Kathryn said, “Maybeeeee.”
Some fans loved the idea, replying, “Omg please make this happen,” and “I’d so watch that season – and I haven't bothered for years now!”
But others felt Kathryn was too good for another reality TV show! “Please say no. You’re doing so well and the show is such a mind-F. Go back to school and work on building a future of independence,” said one fan, while another added, “You are so much more than the bachelorette! As you eloquently said during the reunion show ‘know your worth’!”
Kathryn has slowly become a fan favorite on Southern Charm as viewers watched her overcome depression and drug problems. On the season five reunion last month, Kathryn revealed she’d won 50/50 custody of her two kids, Kensie, 4, and Saint, 2, with ex Thomas, who’s currently under investigation after two women accused him of sexual assault.
