"After a 12 hour day at @cotofinancial, look what I just came home to," she wrote on the accompanying post. "Thank you @stevelodge_oc I ❤️ you."
Steve has been a trooper for Vicki ever since they first started dating. That was evident during last week's RHOC episode where he stayed by her side while she had another plastic surgery operation.
