This certainly isn’t the best week for Melania and President Donald Trump. Adult film star Stormy Daniels is suing President Trump after allegedly having an affair with him in 2006 and getting paid $130,000 October 27, 2016, 12 days before the presidential election. She was paid by his lawyer Michael Cohen to keep quiet about the alleged sexual encounter. But Stormy claims in a civil suit the nondisclosure agreement is not binding since Trump did not sign the deal.
In regards to the money, Michael said last month that he “facilitated” the payment with his own funs, and wasn’t reimbursed by the Trump campaign, though he declined to answer whether or not Trump reimbursed him.
Her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, tweeted, “Earlier today, we filed this complaint seeking a ct order voiding the alleged ‘hush’ agreement between our client S. Clifford aka Stormy Daniels and Donald Trump.”
Stormy’s lawsuit, in part, claims Michael and Trump had a relationship that lasted from summer 2006 “well into the year 2007.” They would allegedly meet at places including Lake Tahoe and the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Trump has been married to Melania since 2005, and he has never addressed the alleged relationship publicly..
The suit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, and asks the court to declare the “hush agreement” was “never formed, and therefore does not exist, because, among other things, Mr. Trump never signed the agreement."
