Tamera and her husband Adam Housley have faced attacks before from online trolls who take issue with their interracial relationship, but that won't stop the couple from sharing their romance with the world, spreading the message that love will always trump hate.

Nothing could kill Tamera's joy as she wished her hubby a happy birthday. "I can't believe the first time we met was when you were 33," she wrote on Instagram. "I knew the moment I married you that we were gonna have some amazing adventures ... And boy have we."

"We focus on the positive," she explained. "I’m not going to give any more attention to the naysayers. It’s not worth it. The reality is, there are way more positive supporters than they are naysayers and that is what my children will see around us. We don’t talk about the negativity."

"Of course, when the kids get older they’ll probably be able to read all that stuff, but again, I will continue to tell them what we’re telling ourselves, which is focus on the supporters," Tamera said. "It’s so easy to gravitate to that one negative comment that you see, but that one negative comment doesn’t represent reality. It doesn’t represent the mass."
