Tamra Judge is contemplating next career move after her dramatic Real Housewives of Orange County exit. During a surprise appearance on Andy Cohen's Instagram Live recently, Tamra, 52, revealed she has to look for a new job following her Bravo departure.
“I’m just sitting at home studying my real estate because I need a new career,” the VENA CBD founder quipped during her meeting with Andy, 51. “You are so funny, you’re the queen of CBD, what do you mean you need a new career?” Andy asked.
“No, I’ve been renewing my real estate license for like, I don’t know, three months, I’m just bored now, Andy, I don’t have a job!” Tamra replied.
Andy gave his friend some sound advice to help with her career choice. “Here’s the thing, if you went back to real estate I feel like it would be, like, a s**t ton of fans who were, like, you know, trying to get you to hang out with them," the father of one added.
Tamra explained, “I’m probably not going back to real estate, but I have to renew my license every four years and I always do it 'cause I’m always looking for a backup plan!”
The Bravo star announced the shocking news she would be leaving RHOC after 12 seasons on January 25. She has been a prime RHOC staple since her introduction in the third season way back in 2007. Soon after her announcement, the mother of four explained her reasoning behind her departure in an interview with People. “It’s been a wild ride, and after all these years, I’m looking forward to life away from the cameras. I was offered a chance to come back to the show in a limited role but would prefer to walk away on my own terms," she told the outlet.
On January 30, Andy gave some insight into Tamra and fellow RHOC star Vicki Gunvalson's exits on an episode of his SiriusXM show Andy Cohen Live. Vicki, 57, revealed she left the show after 14 seasons earlier this month. The Watch What Happens Live host answered a caller who asked if Bravo was looking for younger stars. He said, “If you look at the breadth of Housewives on all of the shows, we represent all ages and specifically Real Housewives of New York City, Ramona Singer’s 61 or something. This doesn’t have to do with age.”
“We just felt like, with Orange County, we were going in circles a little bit with the group,” he added. “Sometimes you have to take people out of the group to see the stories go in a different direction."
