Tamra Judge just paid quite the compliment to her Real Housewives of Orange County bestie Shannon Beador on Instagram Monday regarding her incredible weight loss transformation.
Shannon claimed that her original 40-pound weight gain was caused by her soon-to-be ex-husband David's affair he had while they were married.
The couple split in October, and the weight started to come off, which was evident when she filmed the RHOC season 12 reunion.
Shannon has kept at her fitness routines. She posted a video of herself on Instagram last week, where the mother-of-three revealed that she was able to walk six miles for the first time in her life.

Her best friend Tamra has also taken notice of how hard she has worked. She posted a video of Shannon getting in a major workout yesterday with a big compliment attached.
