It appears that Tarek El Moussa had a very Merry Christmas! On December 25, the Flip or Flop host shared a sweet picture of him and his children Taylor and Brayden celebrating the holiday. This year, Tarek’s girlfriend Heather Rae Young also joined in on the fun.
Tarek, 38, posted a picture of him, Heather, 32, and his two kids in their Christmas best. The HGTV star wore a navy blue patterned shirt with jeans and a stylish watch. Heather looked stunning in a bright pink dress. Taylor, 9, wore a beautiful red gown with a bedazzled top and beige shoes. Brayden, 4, wore a flannel shirt and blue jeans just like dad. They smiled for the camera as they sat on the steps.
Who else is excited for Christmas 2019 and the New Year 2020!!?” the California native began his lengthy caption. “ I just love photos like this! It captures the true spirit of Christmas...Happiness. For the past few years, Christmas has been just me and my babies:) This year is different! @heatherraeyoung has joined our little family and I couldn’t be happier!! This may just be the best year of my life and I know it’s the beginning of the best decade of my life!”
Tarek also had a special message to his followers, as he thanked him for their love and support. “Here is what I want you to know...you’ve seen me at my best and you’ve seen me at my worst! I never would have made it to the ‘best’ part without you!”
He added, “You see...over the years when I was low I would find comfort in your positivity and support on this platform. Your messages, likes and comments supported me when I needed it most. Thank you all for sticking by me through my journey, it means a lot. From all of us to you... Merry Christmas.”
The father of two also told his 629K followers what he, Heather, and the kids were up to for the day. “Today the entire family is coming over and we are gonna binge watch Christmas movies with the kids...what are you and your family doing today?”
Tarek was previously married to Christina Anstead from 2009 until 2016 when they announced their separation. The former couple has always prioritized putting their kids first, and continue to work on Flip or Flop together despite moving on to different people.
Since their separation, Christina, 36, married Ant Anstead in 2018. They share baby boy Hudson. Tarek went public with Heather in July 2019.
