Taylor Swift's alleged stalker accepted a plea deal on Friday in exchange for six months in prison for breaking into her New York City home back in April. Read on for all the details.

22-year-old Roger Alvarado took the plea deal on Friday in Manhattan Criminal Court.

This was due to him using a ladder to break into her three-story townhouse back in April. Police spotted the piece of equipment outside her Soho home, which led to them discovering him sleeping in the "Blank Space" singer's bed.

He copped to criminal contempt and attempted burglary as a result.

Alvarado, who is a Swift-obsessed fan based in Florida, will have to complete a mental-health program once he’s released. He is due back in court for sentencing on December 20th.
