Teen Mom alum Jenelle Evans and husband David Eason scored a major victory in court on Wednesday, July 3, when a judge ruled that their daughter Ensley and her son Kaiser will be returned to their home to live with them, RadarOnline.com confirmed. Jenelle told the outlet that she was "very happy" that the judge "dismissed" the custody case.
Ensley, 2, and Kaiser, 5, were removed from the home by Child Protective Services in May 2019 after David, 31, shot and killed the family dog.
The couple have been fighting to regain custody in court for weeks. The judge handed down the ruling shortly after hearing the final testimony on Wednesday. "Crying in tears of joy," Jenelle, 27, tweeted.
Not all parties are happy about the decision, though. "Everyone is distraught. These poor kids," a family insider told the outlet about Jenelle regaining custody of the children.

Jenelle's mom Barbara Evans still has custody of her eldest son Jace, 9.
A judge ruled after a hearing on Friday, June 28, that Jenelle and David could attend Kaiser's 5th birthday party on June 29. Prior to that, the MTV star and her controversial hubby were only allowed one hour of visitation with the children per week.
Jenelle recently called the cops on her mother after Barbara allegedly locked Ensley in a bedroom so she could take a shower. Jenelle was on FaceTime with son Jace at the time and heard her daughter screaming, which prompted her to contact authorities for a wellness check.
