We feel like we've known the Teen Mom kids since they were born since we literally watched them be born on 16 & Pregnant. So we're having a really difficult time wrapping our heads around the fact that now those little babies are five and six year olds graduating from Pre-K and Kindergarten!!! Can you even imagine how their parents must feel?
But thankfully, the proud moms and dads are letting TM fans into the graduation goodness, sharing a ton of pics of their little graduates. Click through to see the cutest snaps of the kiddos from the Class of 2015:
Proud stepfather Javi Marroquin shared this sweet snap of Kailyn Lowry's son Isaac next to his cake on Pre-K graduation day. "You came into my life when you were turning 2 and now you graduated pre-k and going to kindergarten!" We feel ya, Javi. Time really does fly.
Kailyn also shared a pic of Isaac with his cake, but we're dying of cuteness of this photo she shared of her son's last day of Pre-K. "Last day of pre-k with his best bud! Love these two!! I cannot believe they're off to kindergarten," she wrote. That mohawk though!
Farrah Abraham shared photos from Sophia's celebration on Snapchat, like this snap in which the six-year-old showed off her diploma. "Don't miss Sophia on #snapchat the cutest kinder grad ever!," Farrah wrote on Instagram of her grad's big day. She also revealed that Sophia got the Most Stylish award, naturally.

In that same Snapchat story, Farrah shared a video snippet in which Soph and her fellow Kindergarten grads sang the "Graduation" song by Vitamin C. Good to know kids these days are still singing that gem.

Chelsea Houska's daughter Aubree was the only Teen Mom tot who got to wear an actual (and miniature) cap and gown for her Pre-K graduation. They know what's up in South Dakota!
Meanwhile, in North Carolina, Jenelle Evans and her boys got all dressed up for Jace's foray into first grade. "Hip hip hooray for Jace graduating Kindergarten!!!," she wrote of the Insta pic featuring the graduate and a very snazzy looking Kaiser.
And Jenelle's mom Barbara, who has had custody of Jace since he was born, of course supported her little man at his ceremony. Soon Jenelle will be the one doing the graduating when she finishes up her Medical Assistant degree later this summer.
And though unfortunately there are no photos of Maci Bookout's son Bentley at his Kindergarten graduation, we can luckily still visualize what he looked like in little cowboy boots. Pics would still be great though, Maci!
