Fat Shamed AGAIN! Tyler Baltierra BLASTS Catelynn Lowell Over Eating Habits On 'Teen Mom OG'

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra are struggling together! After she returned home after 30 days at a rehab center, she is adjusting to life after treatment, and so is her husband. Click through for the biggest O-M-G moments from last night's episode!

“Have you seen any difference in Cate at all since she has been back?,” Tyler's mother, Kim, asks her son who quietly replies “yeah.” Cate admitted that after 30 days at her treatment center she “learned a lot.” She added, “I haven’t had a trigger yet really.” Cate didn't want to admit in front of the cameras that she has been smoking, which left Kim in complete shock. Tyler admitted, “I have to keep my mouth shut. She’s responsible for her and I’m responsible for me," after his mother asked if he was strong enough to handle it.

Clearly unhappy, the couple sit down to have dinner together when Tyler comments on her eating habits. "You're really indulging," he says. "Stop being a d—!," Cate fires back. Adding, "quit being mean."

Finally, the newest star is here! During last night's episode, Maci Bookout gave birth to her third baby, a son named Maverick. Since the camera crew wasn't allowed to film inside her room, she and Taylor McKinney showed personal family footage!

Sibling love! Jayde was promoted to big sister after the birth of her little brother. Bentley also gushed about what he plans to teach his new little brother saying, "how to play baseball!"

Even though Taylor has stepped up to be a father, Maci's ex, Ryan Edwards, hasn't! The father-of-three admitted "it doesn't make sense" why Ryan wouldn't want to be more involved.

Amber Portwood is still adjusting! She moved into a new home with her boyfriend, Matt Baier, and the two have been settling in as a family.

For Mother's Day, Amber, Matt, her daughter Leah, and her mother Tonya went on a boat ride, that wasn't so peaceful! Matt aggravates Amber when he doesn't go in the right direction and then lets the 7-year-old drive the boat.

Amber is struggling! After getting off the phone with her ex Gary Shirley, she admitted to Matt that she was feeling really down, but she didn't know why.

Unhappy Mother's Day! Farrah Abraham spent her special day with her daughter, Sophia, her father Michael and his girlfriend. “I noticed over there on the table that Simon Saran sent you something, what is going on with that?,” Michael, Farrah’s father, asks her during brunch. “I’m happy he sent me a Mother’s Day thing, but when I was organizing everything at the new house that I purchased in LA, it was rough. It was all over the place crazy,” she explains.

Farrah broke down into tears saying, “I can’t believe the person who I was trying to have a good relationship with really turned out to be someone who is kind of unstable and isn’t in touch with their own emotions and feelings.

Farrah hinted that she is officially done with Simon admitting, “I don’t want him around in my life and I think he’s a negative person and I cannot stand it.”
