Teen Mom OG stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra had a family reunion! On Saturday, June 29, the reality stars revealed on social media that they, along with daughters Nova and Vaeda, would be meeting up with their oldest daughter Carly. Carly lives with her adoptive parents.
“Today is a very special day we get to see Carly and her parents,” Catelynn tweeted. “Nova & Vaeda get to hang with their sister.”
On Instagram, under a picture of his daughter Nova holding a stuffed toy, Tyler opened up about their weekend ahead. “I’m so blessed that this beautiful little angel gets to see Carly this weekend!” he wrote.
“There really isn’t anything more precious to witness as a father than all of his girls together!” he continued before adding the hashtags “adoption” and “BirthparentStrong.”
Fans flocked to Tyler’s comments section with messages of support for him and his blended family. A few fans even shared their own experiences with adoption. “I’m so excited for all of you!” one person told him. “I am an adoptive mother and we have learned from your experiences and have a very open adoption.”
“I placed my son 23 years ago and never heard a word from him,” someone else shared. “He found me five months ago on Facebook and we have been texting everyday. You guys are strong and an inspiration and I hope one day I can meet my son.”
“Aww, is this the first time Carly is meeting her new baby sister Vaeda?” one fan asked. “That will be so sweet. Have fun!”
“You and Cate make the most beautiful little tiny humans,” another commenter typed. “And are so strong through all your weaknesses. You will raise strong little women and that is amazing in this scary world we are living in now. God bless you and your adorable family.”
