According to Wetpaint, Kail wrote back on Twitter, "I think so." However, she has since deleted the tweet.

In previous episodes, Kailyn has been open about the miscarriage she suffered with her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, and how the heartbreak made a huge impact on their former marriage.

Kail has two boys, 7-year-old Isaac with her ex, Jo Rivera, and 3-year-old Lincoln, with Javi.
