Is Mackenzie Mckee coming back?! The former Teen Mom 3 star hinted that she is returning to the small screen and fans are freaking out!

Fans started to wonder after the mother-of-three shared this photo of her mother, Angie Outhit, sitting with producers Morgan J. Freeman and Kristen.

Recently, Mackenzie and her family received heartbreaking news. Her mother, was diagnosed with brain and lung cancer.

Fans took to Twitter to ask the former reality star if she was returning to the small screen! One user wrote on Twitter, "Are you gonna be on the New Season of Teen Mom OG? I feel something is a brewing!"

While some hoped Mackenzie would replace Farrah, others hoped that she would be getting her own special!

When asked by OKMagazine.com if she is returning to MTV, the mother-of-three declined to comment at the moment because she doesn't "know what's going to happen."

As fans may remember, Mackenzie almost appeared on Teen Mom 2 as the fifth mom, but MTV chose her former Teen Mom 3 co-star Briana DeJesus.
