Teresa Giudice seems to enjoy getting away from it all quite a bit since news broke out about her husband Joe getting deported. The RHONJ star flew to the west coast for some R&R after he was dealt another major blow in his seemingly never ending legal drama. Read on for all the details.

Things aren't looking as bright and sunny for Teresa's husband Joe, who was just dealt another devastating blow in his eventual deportation.  A judge has ruled that he is “ineligible” to apply for re-entry into the United States after he is deported to his native Italy. This will happen when he finishes his three-year prison sentence for conspiracy and bankruptcy fraud charges.
