After being diagnosed with endometriosis in 2006, Tia Mowry is embracing the 20 pound weight loss that came as a result of a strict diet meant to combat the disease.
Over the past couple of days, the actress has posted photos showing off her incredible transformation.
Just recently, she stepped out revealing her 20 pound weight loss while doing errands in LA.
Because of her condition, Tia became more aware of the food she put in her body and dedicated herself to easing the pain over the years.
She even penned a cook book called Whole New You and has stayed disciplined in removing processed, packaged foods from her diet.
Tia explained, "What I eat and what I put into my body is extremely important to me.”
