Tia Mowry has experienced dramatic weight loss due to suffering from endometriosis, a painful illness that effects the uterine lining. She's dropped about 20 pounds so far. Today is her birthday and she's celebrating looking smaller than ever!
"It's almost my birthday!!!" Mowry captioned a selfie last night. The former Sister, Sister star looks gaunt in the photo.
A few weeks ago, Mowry posted a photo of herself looking very thin. "I've lost 20 pounds!" she wrote. "Many asked how? Diet and cooking out of my cook book #wholenewyou ??"
Because of her illness, Mowry changed her diet and went completely vegan in order to ease the pain.
"What I eat and what I put into my body is extremely important to me," Mowry said.
We wonder what she and Tamara are going to do for their big bday! Both women are turning 39 today.
