Tinsley Mortimer is single again! The Real Housewives of New York City star has split from boyfriend Scott Kluth after eight months together. Tinsley met Scott, the CEO of CouponCabin and nicknamed “The Coupon King,” on a blind date set up by co-star Carole Radziwell, which aired on the show. The two were immediately taken with each other, and the NYC socialite even said on the part two reunion special that Scott was “definitely” the one. “Tinsley thinks Scott is a great guy…it was too much too soon,” a source close to Tinsley told Page Six.

“She started filming Housewives after escaping a really bad relationship and then jumped right into a whirlwind romance with Scott,” the insider explained. “She didn’t have time to heal or fully settle back into life in New York.”

Prior to dating Scott, Tinsley was in a nearly four-year long relationship with Alexander “Nico” Fanjul. After their split, Tinsley was arrested for allegedly trespassing at his home in April 2016.

It also didn’t help that Tinsley is based in New York and Scott lives in Chicago. “Long-distance relationships are never easy,” the source explained.

“They remain friendly and Tinsley hasn’t closed the door to a possible reconciliation in the future,” the insider added. “She wishes him the best, but only time will tell if distance shall make the heart grow fonder.”
