Tom Hardy has never been the one to turn down a fight on screen, as proven in movies like The Revenant and Mad Max: Fury Road. But in these photos from the set of his new film Venom, the hulking actor looked like he was about to knock himself out. Click through to check out the gallery!
Earlier this year Tom showed off his softer side when he posted a touching message to his dead dog, writing, “I am completely gutted.”
But on Tuesday the actor was seen revving up for his new role as the titular villain in the comic book-based adaptation, where he plays both Eddie Brock and his alter ego Venom.
As seen here in the photos from the Atlanta set, Tom was duking it out with himself as both characters, where one was fighting the other about going to the doctor.
It was quite a brawl as the 40-year-old was seen throwing down in the street. But he seemed to have made it out in one piece as he did a quick body check to make sure he made it out all right.
It wasn’t the first time Tom threw his body into a role. Remember when he was completely naked on the set of Taboo? He clearly has had a habit of going all the way in when the movie calls for it.
