Tristan Thompson took to Instagram to share an adorable photo of son Prince on Wednesday, February 26, but he quickly received a wave of negative comments on the post. Trolls accused him of never spending time with his little boy and focusing more on his and Khloe Kardashian's daughter True.

Prince, 3, posed in Gucci pants and a chic leather jacket in the snapshot. "Fit check ✔️

Yessirskii Princey ?," Tristan, 28, captioned the pic. "Thought u didn't know he even existed," one cruel fan wrote in the comments section. "He’s never in the picture with his son... That means he’s never around him," another person added. "Finally a photo is his son. Took long enough," a third person chimed in. 

Several of Tristan's followers came to his defense. "When he post True it’s where’s Prince then when he’s finally posted y’all ask where’s True. Worry bout your own damn kids and nobody else’s. Never damn satisfied," one fan pointed out. "He’s his son. He loves him too. Grow up people," another person urged.

Tristan coparents Prince with ex Jordan Craig. The fashion influencer recently took their son on vacation to Jamaica and shared some precious photos from their trip on Instagram. Although his basketball schedule frequently takes him away from his children, Tristan has done his best to be involved in their lives. The Cleveland Cavaliers star posted a sweet message for Prince on his birthday in December.

"Happy birthday to my baby boy Prince. You’re already 3, I remember holding you when you were born and telling you how amazing of a baby you are. Everyday you continue to surprise me with your development, your love and your big heart. Your smile is one that lights up every room you are in. I thank God everyday for picking me to be your father. May God continue to bless you each and everyday son. I love you," Tristan wrote on Instagram.

The NBA star recently melted hearts by having a dance-off with True to the Trolls soundtrack. "Dancing with my Princess Tutu," Tristan, 28, captioned the Instagram clip.

Although Tristan and Khloe's relationship was rocky after their split in February 2019, they are now on good terms. The Revenge Body star explained why she was so eager to have a positive coparenting situation on Laura Wasser's Divorce Sucks! podcast. "I know her True's dad is a great person. I know how much he loves her and cares about her so I want him to be there," she said.
