Teen Mom OG fans, grab a tissue! Days after Catelynn Lowell left for rehab for the third time for a six week program, Tyler Baltierra posted a heartbreaking message on Twitter and his followers are panicking!

"I just don’t know if I can do this anymore," the reality star wrote on Twitter.

Fans started to panic about the fan favorite couple. One user asked, "Do what? Are you and Cate getting a divorce?"

"No Tyler!!! Stay strong!!! Stay strong for Catelynn and your baby girl," one user said, as another one encouraged him writing, "Never give up. I know things are hard. But always remember who loves you and has your back."

As previously reported, Cate announced last week that she is entering treatment again for the third time. "Well they say third times a charm... I'm going back to treatment people for 6 weeks to work on my trauma and getting on different meds. THANK YOU @TylerBaltierra I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!! You are my light!! And Nova you are my sunshine #KeepTalkingMH," Cate wrote.

Tyler shared a heartbreaking video on Monday thanking his fans for all the support and revealing that he is going to therapy.
