Tyler Baltierra is looking better than ever lately! The dad of two recently revealed that he’s dropped 26 pounds through dieting and exercise. Check out the Teen Mom OG dad’s latest weight loss pic!
Tyler posted this photo showing off his slimmed down face and neck. “OH DAMN SON! Hey there jawline, how you doin? I missed ya man,” Tyler wrote.
"For real though, it feels so damn good dropping this weight,” Tyler continued. “The cool thing about confidence, is that it looks good on EVERYONE! #LifestyleChanges #Motivated.”
Tyler recently posted this before and after photo of his dramatic weight loss, revealing he’s lost 26 pounds. “Left picture was almost 5 weeks ago & Right picture was today. Eating healthier just feels better & obviously looks better hahaha,” he wrote.
He also shared this pic of his newly buff bod on Snapchat!

Tyler revealed that he’s lost the weight by eating carbs at breakfast only, then eating an apple for lunch, and having a salad with a protein for dinner.
Tyler has continued to stay focused on his physical health as his wife Catelynn Lowell focuses on her mental health. The Teen Mom OG star entered rehab in November after experiencing suicidal thoughts, which reportedly began after she suffered a miscarriage. After taking a brief break, the mom of two re-entered rehab this month.
