Uma Thurman's custody war is starting to take a toll.

The 46-year-old actress has been battling her ex Arpad Busson in court over their 4-year-old daughter, and things have gotten ugly.

Arpad's lawyer asked, "Ms. Thurman, is it your usual practice to consume alcoholic beverages in the evening?"

Uma's attorney attempted to put a stop to the line of questioning, shouting, "Objection! This is completely improper."
