Vanessa Lachey Gets Booted Off ‘Dancing With The Stars’ But Isn’t The Only One

It was a stunner last night on Dancing With The Stars, as Vanessa Lachey and her dance partner Maks Chmerkovskiy were voted out of the popular dance competition.  The two have stirred up some major drama ever since she became a cast member on the show,  as reports said that they were ‘miserable’ together during the experience.  Not only that, but in a shocking turn of events, a second popular pair got the ax in a surprise Halloween double elimination! 

Vanessa & Maks’ elimination comes just one week after her husband, Nick Lachey got the boot.  She revealed that his elimination was “bittersweet” to see him leave while she easily had her best night.

They were joined in the bottom two by WWE superstar Nikki Bella and her partner Artem Chigvintsev, who had been a favorite to win the famed mirrorball trophy.  Then host Tom Bergeron dropped the axe on both of them: "It is a double elimination, you're both going home.”

The news might be a good thing, in particular for Nikki, as she recently revealed she had to change the date and location for her upcoming wedding to John Cena. With her out of the competition, it may free up some time for both of them to plan the big day.

It also might be a blessing in disguise for Vanessa as there were tons of rumors that her and Maks didn’t get along, and he even sat out of one competition due to “personal reasons” although it allegedly was really due to tension behind the scenes.
