Vanessa Lachey showed she was more than prepared to knock ‘em dead during tonight’s season 25 premiere of Dancing with the Stars in a pic she posted on Instagram today.
With makeup on fleek, rocking a rough-and-tough denim shirt and headscarf, Vanessa took to social media to reveal that she recently checked herself out and got extra inspired.
She ‘s obviously been putting in hours at the gym to get ready for the rigorous physical activity that comes with being a contestant on the hit reality show.
Talk about girl power! The former beauty queen and Entertainment Tonight correspondent also gave an inspirational shout-out to women: “Tonight is for US ladies! We each have our individual journey and story and we continue to find ways to make it happen.”

Despite pressure to compete against her husband, 98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey, who’s also among the cast, the celeb mom of three has stayed grounded. “Yes it's glitz and glam, but this is also the most vulnerable I have EVER been in my life. Both physically and emotionally I am putting myself out there.”
She continued, “I am inspired everyday by strong women and I am grateful to have every opportunity I've been given! I will never take them for granted.”
