Nick got a whole lot of love from Vanessa on Monday—probably more than he bargained for! The former DWTS contestant got super real on Instagram where she wrote a celebratory post for him.

For the most part, her post was super cute and included a pic of her husband holding their three children—son Camden, 5, daughter Brooklyn, 3, and 18-month-old son Phoenix.

But then there was the message that went along with it: “Happy Father’s Day to our real life Jack Pearson! Baby, you Love our family unconditionally, always put our kids first and put up with my crazy a—!” Super cute shout out to the beloved dad on This is Us (played by Milo Ventimiglia) AND her “crazy a**”!

But wait, there was more. “Plus you change diapers & do dishes!!! D**n, I’m lucky! Thank you for being YOU! Forever & always, Baby, I will Love ALL of YOU!!! #HappyFathersDay @nicklachey.” Vanessa really went in!

And to further prove how important Nick is in their kids’ lives, Vanessa posted a video later that day of her trying to teach baby Phoenix to say “Mama,” but all he kept saying was “Dada.” Adorable!
