Is this bad boyfriend number two for Vicki Gunvalson? She was infamously involved with accused fake cancer patient Brooks Ayers and now it appears her new BF, Steven Lodge, was previously sued!
Steven was running for Anaheim City Council in August 2012 and supposedly changed his name to “Steven Chavez Lodge” in order to “mislead” voters.
In documents obtained by RadarOnline.com it was stated that, “Lodge has requested that his name appear on the ballot as ‘Steve Chavez Lodge … This is not his legal name. Nor is that the same under which he is registered to vote or the name under which he owns property. Rather, the use of the middle name ‘Chavez’ appears to have been adopted recently for political purposes.”

Elector Cynthia Ward was the one who started the lawsuit and asked for Steven’s name to be struck from the ballot as other documents revealed his given name to be “Steven Albert Lodge.”
“Accordingly, Lodge’s proposed use of the name ‘Steve Chavez Lodge’ on the ballot is false and misleading,” stated the documents.
Steven’s response to the lawsuit was that he was born Steven Albert Chavez and his mother remarried Robert Lodge. As a result, Steven took his stepfather’s last name of Lodge because of their close relationship.
