Vicki Gunvalson's daughter Briana has excelled in the career world as a nurse, the parenting world as a fantastic mother to twin boys, and now in the fitness world by dropping 40 pounds in 5 months! Read on to see how she did it.

Briana was able to drop the weight thanks to the Keto Diet, which many other celebs have credited for losing the extra pounds including Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino.

It's a program that both she and her husband Ryan have been doing. "So proud of Briana my keto queen!," he wrote on his Instagram earlier this month. "It has been such a easy transition for us over the last 5 months."

Briana has been very open about her health struggles in the past which has impacted her weight dramatically.

Vicki's only daughter was hospitalized earlier this year due to complications from lupus. The situation was so scary that she almost lost her leg in the process.

When asked on Instagram if her weight loss has improved her lupus symptoms, Ryan said "Night and day! We plan on continuing it for life because of how well she feels.”
