As he continues to reveal new details about the cancer scandal he’s been facing for the past few months, Brooks Ayers has made a shocking new claim about his relationship with his ex Vicki Gunvalson -- he’s still in contact with The Real Housewives of Orange County star!
Gunvalson’s RHOC castmates and her daughter, Briana Culberson, took several digs at Ayers during the three-part reunion special for RHOC’s Season 10. Still upset over Ayers alleged fib about his cancer diagnosis, the RHOC ladies held nothing back in their harsh critiques of Ayers and his ex Gunvalson.
During the show, Gunvalson claimed she had no plans to get back with Ayers and that they were no longer cordial. But in an interview with E! News, Ayers told a completely different tale, saying that Gunvalson contacted him after the reunion show to let him know she still supported his claims about his cancer.

"She said 'No,' she didn't feel like she's been duped," Ayers said about Gunvalson's text messages. "And secondly, she does now believe that I have cancer ... You have to ask her. I don't know why. I don't know why somebody would change their mind as many times as she does."
In the interview, Ayers also knocked Gunvalson for describing his diagnosis incorrectly to her castmates and her daughter. He said he never told her he was dying from cancer and didn’t know why she made the statement. "I can't. I'm not responsible for what Vicki communicates to people," Ayers said. "Again, I have the emails from Vicki clarifying that as well where she says she absolutely misspoke ... She sensationalizes things from time to time."
Gunvalson and Ayers have been dealing with some serious drama connected to their breakup, with a source telling RadarOnline.com that she’s even considering taking out a restraining order against him. In recent interviews she’s claimed that the two are completely over. However, her alleged texts to Brooks have RHOC fans wondering if they are truly done for good!
