The model recently posted a picture in a tropical locale that shows off her itsy bitsy waist, as well as her skeletal upper body.

One commenter wrote, “Eat something for god sake, stay healthy,” and another said, “Dangerous role model for young girls looking at you as an idol.”

The model has been honest about her new and unexpected smaller figure, which supposedly crept up on her as she prepped for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. “My weight fluctuates so much,” she said to People magazine. “I really didn’t mean to lose weight.”

But despite dropping even more pounds than she intended, Bella doesn’t seem to mind, as she keeps showing off her svelte shape on her Instagram. Her scarily thin figure caused one person to comment, "I'm so sorry but Bella you are too skinny, it's not good for your health."
