You can run but you can’t hide! Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale’s ex nanny, Mindy Mann, is going under the radar as speculations regarding

her and Gavin’s relationship arise.

RadarOnline reported that Gwen's ex was having a years-long affair with their former nanny before they eventually filed for divorce.

A source close to the nanny told E! News exclusively, “the last few weeks have been extremely difficult for Mindy. She has been bombarded with media trying to get her to talk about Gavin and the kids and she isn’t wanting to talk. She cares about those kids so much and out of respect for the family wants to keep quiet.”

Although she is still currently in LA, she is “keeping a low profile and has shut her phone off,” the insider added.
