This isn’t your standard singing competition. Diddy, a returning judge along with DJ Khaled, Meghan Trainor and host Fergie, will work with music hopefuls who will work to sing their hearts out and beat The Four in a singing showdown.
In the new sneak peak, The Four of season 2 has been introduced. The ones to beat are hip hop singer Sharaya J., latin pop artist Stephanie Zelaya, soul singer Carvena Jones and pop star James Graham.
“I used to be a dancer and choreographer,” Sharaya J says. “I had an opportunity to have the great Missy Elliot to be my mentor.”
While sharing that he started singing at age 15, James Graham plans to bring something different to pop music. “I’m trying to bring the old school back,” he says.
Meanwhile, Stephanie Zelaya says there’s being an artist is more than just singing. “You need to be able to deliver why you do what you do,” the latin pop singer shares.
Season 2 of The Four premieres on Fox Thursday, June 7, at 8 p.m. ET.
