Mackenzie and Josh were doing well last week after he joined the Douthits on a family trip to the lake. Except um, not so much this week. Tonight we saw Josh and Mackenzie on their way to counseling, but they get into an epic fight on the way where Josh tells Mackenzie to get out of the car, breaks up with her and says that there's "Me and Gannon and you and Gannon" and that they're no longer a family. Heart. Breaking.

Briana is planning Nova's first birthday party and contemplates inviting Devoin because all of a sudden he bought Nova a case of diapers and is dad of the year. But she does in fact end up inviting him, he shows up, and there's absolutely no drama at a birthday party, for probably the first time in Teen Mom history. They even posed together for this cute family photo! Let's hope this lasts.

Alex's mom Wendy is like, the greatest ever. She takes the Sekella family on a trip to Bermuda when she realizes Alex needs a break (and gets the bad news that she has to do her senior year all over again). But it ain't a vacay anymore when Alex returns home to a text where Matt asks if they can meet up so he can see Arabella—and then he never shows up. Proof that some habits just can't be broken, ladies and gentlemen.
@BabsEvansMTV would say: "Ya so lucky that ya motha took ya to the BEACH! But ya gotta stop ANSWERIN' when Matt calls and texts ya. Ya just gonna let down yaself and ya DAWTA!"

Katie is finally ok with the fact that she and Joey are no longer together, but you can tell she still wants that family unit so badly. She even invites Joey to Salt Lake City with her so that they can celebrate Molli's first birthday together. It all goes fine and there's a lot less fighting than there was last time they went to Salt Lake, and Molli got both her parents together (temporarily) and a ginormous chocolate birthday cake all to herself. What more could a girl want?
