Jill Duggar isn’t the only one having fun after her family’s return from a 3-month long mission trip in El Salvador! Despite revealing the tragic murder of their close friend, German Daniel Serrano Orellana, just days before leaving the Central American country, Jill and her husband, Derick Dillard, have been enjoying all the pleasures of being back home in the U.SA.

On Wednesday, the Duggar’s shared a picture of Derick enjoying an entire box of pizza, as he rocked a giant smile and held a thumbs up! (The jury is still out on if he ate the whole thing).

“I think Derick was really excited to get some pizza now that he is back in the U.S.A.,” the photo’s caption read.

Derick’s celebratory pic comes just one day after Jill shared a photo of her reuniting with her mom for some mommy-and-me time.

As OK! readers' know, the couple’s joyous photos come at an odd time as Jill recently revealed in her family blog that German, who worked alongside Jill and Derick, was kidnapped, killed and later discovered by his family in a nearby river.

While Jill has not revealed if German’s death contributed to her family’s decision to leave the Central American country, their return to the States came just days after his murder.

Do you think Jill and Derick’s social media posts are insensitive? Sound off in the comments?
