Ryan Edwards has entered treatment again.

Sources close to the Teen Mom OG star claimed to RadarOnline.com that the former reality star dad is seeking help again.

“He entered rehab in Alabama about a month ago,” a source close to the couple alleged to the site. “Mackenzie moved out of the lake house they were in and is now living with her parents.” The insider also claimed, “He isn’t supposed to be out until February or March."

A second source close to the couple confirmed that Ryan hasn’t been seen in recent weeks.

However, the clerk of court for Hamilton County and Red Bank courts in Tennessee could not confirm to the site that his alleged rehab stint was court-ordered. A lawyer for Maci's ex did not respond to Radar’s request for comment.

As loyal fans of the MTV reality series may remember, Maci Bookout's ex and first baby daddy checked himself into treatment in May of 2017. On a previous season of TMOG, Ryan was caught on camera driving under the influence to his own wedding to his wife, Mackenzie. Following the episode, Ryan checked into rehab for heroin addiction and stayed for only 21 days.

When asked by OKMagazine.com for a comment on the alleged current rehab stint, Ryan's father, Larry, said he "cannot" comment.

Within the next few weeks, Ryan and his wife, Mackenzie, are welcoming their first child together. When asked by Radar if Ryan will be present for their son's arrival in the delivery room, Larry responded, “You know I can’t say.”
