Kim Kardashian has been very busy promoting her brand. From her new fragrance to her role as spokesperson for Quick Trim, the reality star has been at the epicenter of a media frenzy — a position where she seems to be very comfortable and capable to handle. Currently, Kim is focusing on charitable work through ShoeDazzle, an online footwear company she co-founded in 2008 (launched in March 2009) and serves as chief fashion stylist.
ShoeDazzle.com is coined as a "premiere shoe society," providing members with access to a variety of shoes for a fixed monthly price of $39.95.
The fee includes the stylist’s selection, the actual cost of the shoes and the cost of shipping. Kim weighs in on the hottest footwear fashions, selects the brands sold, and features the shoe of the week on her blog.
To support American Heart Month in February, ShoeDazzle is partnering with WomenHeart — The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease — offering members a limited-edition red for $39.95 shoe benefiting the non-profit.
ShoeDazzle calls members to "Style With Heart" and purchase the Wynn pump hitting the site on Feb. 5, National Wear Red Day to raise awareness about heart disease — the leading cause of death in women.
Ten percent of the sale from each pair of Wynn pumps sold will be donated to WomenHeart for research on the heart disease.
This is not the first time Kim and ShoeDazzle has partnered up with charity and expressed their philanthropic helping hand. Last October, the team created the Stephanie pink suede pump to support Breast Cancer awareness month.
In December, ShoeDazzle collaborated with Soles 4 Souls, an organization that provides shoes to people around the world who cannot afford them.
