The preview for the upcoming three-part special will feature how Gia 14, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 5 are handling being separated from their mother. Their only contact being phone calls and monitored visits.

Joe, 45, admits, “It’s hard keeping up with all these kids … I’m doing a lot … I think I’ve even lost about 10 pounds.”

We even see Teresa’s brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife Melissa, spending quality time with their nieces.

In one scene, Gia tells Melissa that her dad is “trying is best” but it’s so “rough without my mom there.”

Teresa, 43, is due to complete her 15-month sentence just before Christmas. At that point in time, her husband will enter prison for his 41-month sentence.
