Bethenny Frankel Calls Sonja Morgan's Tipsy Girl A ‘Cheater Brand’
Sonja Morgan didn’t think she was stepping on Bethenny Frankel’s toes when she debuted her new Prosecco, Tipsy Girl, at her birthday party! But the Upper East Sider was in for a huge shock when she sat down face-to-face with the Skinnygirl mogul.
Sonja tried to explain her side of the story, “I asked friends at a personal birthday party to try my Prosecco and let me know what they thought of it.”
But Bethenny was in no mood for a gentle conversation. She said, “When a brand rides on the coattails of another brand and kind of uses a similar name, they call it a cheater brand.” Even though Sonja claimed her business partner Peter came up with extremely similar name.

“I think it’s kinda a fluke,” Sonja naively replied.
“Here’s the situation,” Bethenny responded. “You’ve asked me before for business advise and I told you I’m actually just personally hurt. I don’t care. You can’t affect my business at all. It doesn’t matter.”
Then she hit Sonja with the ultimate insult — “I’m completely insulted and I don’t want anything to do with you.”
