Brandy has had a stellar start to the new year, with the singer-actress debuting her new BET comedy series, Zoe Ever After, and even debuting a new song, "Beggin & Pleadin!" But during her Jan. 14 appearance on The Real as a guest host, the beauty makes a major admission — she doesn’t want to get married and hasn’t dated for almost a year!
She may be celebrating the surprise engagement of her brother, Ray J, to his longtime girlfriend Princess Love. However, when it comes to her own love life, Brandy tells the ladies in an exclusive The Real clip that she isn’t pressed to jump back into the dating world after calling off her engagement to her ex Ryan Press back in 2014.
And with Loni Love and The Real’s audience cheering her on, Brandy adds that connecting with and loving herself fully is “a little bit better right now.”
