Briana DeJesus is prepping for her return to the small screen!

The former 16 & Pregnant to Teen Mom 3 star hasn't been on the reality television show in years, but this Monday night she is making her debut as the fifth mom on the hit MTV reality series, Teen Mom 2.

"I'm a little nervous to be honest," she told the show's producer, Larry. "It's been so long. Bam, back in the spotlight!" As seen in the video, footage shows when Briana and her sister, Brittany, found themselves pregnant at the same time, but her sister opted for an abortion.
