WATCH: Corey Simms Won’t Let Daughters See Leah Messer In Rehab On Mother’s Day In Teen Mom 2 Sneak Peek
It isn’t going to be a happy Mother’s Day for Leah Messer.
In a sneak peek for this week’s Teen Mom 2, Leah suffered the consequences of entering a treatment center for stress and depression, as her ex-husband Corey Simms wouldn't let their daughters Ali and Aleeah visit her on Mother’s Day.
When Leah’s mom Dawn Spears dropped the twins off with Corey, she informed him that she would be taking them to see their mother at the treatment center because “it’s Mother’s Day” and “it’s her time” with the girls.
But when Dawn refused to disclose where exactly Leah is staying, he insisted the girls stay with him on the holiday.

“I’m not saying it’s a problem,” he told his former mother-in-law. “I’m just saying I have to do my job.”
When Leah’s mother questioned his intentions for not letting the girls see their mother during her month-long rehab stint, he explained, “She made the decision to go. She left on her own free will knowing she’s leaving for a month. Now that I have them I am their parent. I have to make the decisions on my own for them.”
Corey’s hesitance could have to do with the fact that he continued to accuse Leah of being addicted to drugs on last week’s episode, despite Leah insisting that she isn’t.
