In an unaired clip from the May 11 episode of Teen Mom OG, Farrah video chats with a male friend as Sophia talks to him about her mother's sex life with her boyfriend, Simon Saran. "They kissed in bed. Mama was naked!" Sophia shouts into the camera. "I saw a picture!"

Farrah gets visibly embarrassed that Sophia was snooping through the pics on her phone, but then brings it back to how happy Soph is that Farrah is in a relationship.
