All hail Hilary! On June 16, Hilary Duff released her first new album since 2007 and clearly it was worth the wait. Just hours later, the record, Breathe In. Breathe Out, shot to number one on the iTunes charts!

And it seems like Hilary took the whole "breathing in and out" thing quite literally. In between doing press for the new album in NYC—Hilary dropped by MTV, Live! With Kelly And Michael and Good Morning America, among other outlets—Luca's mama was seen smoking a cigarette. Normally we don't endorse those cancer-causing sticks, but this time we'll let it go because Hilary deserves to indulge in whatever she chooses after all her hard work paid off. Right?!
