Irina Shayk's Shocking Post-Baby Slimdown Secrets

The world probably collectively gasped when Irina Shayk made her first debut since having a baby with Bradley Cooper. The supermodel looked like she could strip down and walk the runway right then and there, just weeks after having Lea de Seine. So how in the world did she do it?

The Russian stunner even blew Bradley’s mind with her snapback, according to an insider, who went on to tell OK! exclusively, “She’s redefined the meaning of ‘MILF’ as far as Bradley’s concerned. Irina just shrugs it off like it’s no big deal but all her friends, even Bradley’s mom, have been grilling her on what she’s done.”

Of course, killer looks are her thing, so a lot of it has to do with genetics. If only we all could be so lucky! Irina did break a sweat though, which makes us feel a bit better.

Says the source, “It’s mostly genetics and the fact she kept up a yoga routine daily during her pregnancy. But she says she focused on stretching and very simple calisthenic maneuvers, utilizing her ‘hotel room’ workout. She wasn’t allowed to do anything more strenuous than that.”

As for that hotel room workout, Irina revealed to Vogue last year that she uses hotel props like water bottles from the mini bar and even bathroom towels to train in her room while she is on the road.

Some of her exercises include side planks using a table, and leg lifts using a pillow for balance. She’s certainly creative!
