Jason Duggar Makes Nearly $150K Flipping First Home

Move over Kylie Jenner, Jason Duggar is coming for the self-made entrepreneur title.

According to RadarOnline.com, the 18-year-old is making big bucks flipping houses.

While most teens his age are enjoying high school and their last years living off of their parents, Jason has spent nearly two years renovating a home in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.

With the help of his dad, Jason purchased his first flip in December 2016, when he was just 16 years old, for $33,000.  Since then, the teen has been gutting the fixer-upper and last month it sold for $167,000, leaving Jason with a profit of $134,000.

Talk about a great investment!

According to property records, obtained by Radar, the fixer-upper features 1.5 bathrooms, hardwood floors, an open floor plan, and a renovated outdoor space equipped with a new wooden deck. And it’s on an acre of land!

As OK! readers know, Jason’s business mentality has been ingrained in him since he was a boy.

Back in March, the Duggar boys revealed what a day in the life is like for a Duggar brother and it was all about hard work and perseverance

“The way it kind of works for guys in my family who are trying to move up through the ladder, first of all, you start off doing the mowing and then may switching over to working on the properties my dad’s working on,” Josiah Duggar explained. “Then maybe from there transitioning into the cars, and then slowly transitioning over into real estate.”
