In a sneak peek clip for Marriage Boot Camp, Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry is forced to come face-to-face with her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin...while he is on life support.
Kailyn was in tears walking into the room as her ex-husband laid in a hospital bed. She was asked by counselor Dr. V, "What are the things you would want to say to him?" She replied, "That I'm sorry and I will take care of our son."

In the workshop prior, Kailyn was asked to write a letter addressed to her ex, but was told it would be shredded. However, Dr. V pulled her letter out and she was asked to read it, which Kail declined. Dr. V proceeded to read the letter out loud as the other cast members looked on in complete shock.
Dr. V asked Kail again, "What would you say to him?"
