Jennifer Aniston attended an advance screening of Cake in Hollywood, but she snuck out the back of the Egyptian Theater after being part of a Q & A with attendees!

The actress probably had a long day, as she headed right into her awaiting vehicle, and decided not to talk to paparazzi waiting outside.
